Overnight Line Cook

Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Overnight Line Cook to join our Market District team. As a key player in our kitchen, you'll be responsible for preparing and seasoning a variety of meats, vegetables, soups, and other food items in accordance with our prescribed recipes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that food is prepared to high standards, presented attractively, and served in a timely manner.
• Understand and demonstrate various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to food safety protocols and guidelines to protect our Team Members, guests, and products.
• Provide exceptional guest service, striving to delight and surprise our guests, vendors, and stakeholders with every interaction.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the Restaurant Staff, working together to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Answer, report, and follow Executive Chef's instructions, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
• Clean up the kitchen, package or discard leftover food, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Know and consistently comply with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
