**Job Description:**
A Le Grande-based client is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide high-quality patient care in a Level IV trauma center. The ideal candidate will be a team player, detail-oriented, and able to work with patients of all ages.
**Responsibilities:**
* Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages and medical conditions
* Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including reviewing medical histories and interpreting diagnostic test results
* Continuously monitor patients' vital signs, anesthesia depth, fluid balance, and pain levels
* Establish and secure patients' airways, ensuring proper oxygenation and ventilation
* Assess and manage patients' pain levels, implementing appropriate strategies and medications
* Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and safe patient care
**Requirements:**
* Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree
* Successful completion of a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthetist Educational Programs (COA)
* Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
* Valid and unrestricted state licensure as a registered nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Oregon
