About the Role

As an Inbound Expert, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests, observing and understanding their needs, and engaging with them in a genuine way. You will also be responsible for executing a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation, stocking, backstocking and zoning product on the sales floor, and maintaining sales floor instocks for General Merchandise categories.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

  • Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
  • Climb up and down ladders
  • Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
  • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) reliable and prompt attendance necessary
  • Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
