Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and conducting variance analysis.
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to monitor monthly activities for precise financial reporting and forecasting.
- Assist in preparing quarterly presentations for lenders and investor reporting.
- Support technical accounting research and analysis, providing guidance on accounting issues and process enhancements.
- Act as a primary contact during the annual audit with external auditors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA designation preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience is advantageous
- Strong understanding of accounting and reporting standards (US GAAP)
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, plan effectively, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Power BI is a plus but not mandatory.
