Our facility operates without insurance billing, allowing for extended patient interactions.
The ideal candidate will be tasked with delivering primary care to eligible employees and their dependents, while also collaborating with our Nurse Practitioner.
Role Responsibilities:
Comprehensive primary care services, which include but are not limited to:
- Episodic Care (e.g., diagnosis and treatment of common ailments such as colds, flu, dizziness, nausea, headaches, rashes, acute injuries, and minor surgical procedures)
- Management of Chronic Conditions, including personalized care plans and risk reduction strategies (e.g., chronic diseases)
- Provision of Minor First-Aid (e.g., treatment for bumps, bruises, cuts, small burns, muscle strains)
- Ordering and interpreting a range of laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic services
- Conducting minor in-office procedures
- Providing care both in-person and via telehealth when suitable
Key Care Management Services:
- Coordination of Care
- Management of Referrals
Pediatric Services:
- For children aged 2 years and older: treatment for fever, cough, earaches, and minor illnesses
