Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FT Receiver to join our team at Food Lion. As a FT Receiver, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of customer service and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Process price changes and maintain accurate signage
  • Verify prices and tags for 1000 items per week
  • Communicate effectively with the Customer Support Center
  • Understand and adhere to company guidelines, policies, and standard practices

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to use technical information to solve problems
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
