Dishware Specialist

Trapper's Sushi Covington is seeking a diligent Dishware Specialist to join our culinary team. We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth.

We are looking for an individual who can collect, wash, and store dishware efficiently. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to sanitation standards.

• Collect used kitchen items from dining and kitchen areas.
• Loading and unloading of dishwashing machines.
• Hand washing specific items, such as rice pots and delicate glassware.
• Proper storage of clean dishes, glasses, and equipment.
• Maintaining adequate stock levels during peak hours.
• Monitoring cleaning supplies stock, including detergents.
• Reporting any technical issues with dishwashing machines.
• Regularly removing garbage and disposing according to store procedures.
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, bathrooms, and restaurant lobby.
• Demonstrating TRAPCHK core values.

• Prior experience in a similar capacity or within the restaurant industry.
• Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks as needed.
• Effective time management skills.
• Attention to detail and adherence to sanitation standards.
• High school diploma preferred.
• A valid Washington State Food Worker Card is required before commencement of employment.

• The employee must regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 20 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• This role involves standing throughout shifts, walking, reaching, lifting, twisting, and crouching.
