Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our school community. In this role, you will create a dynamic and engaging classroom environment that fosters the growth and development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning.
  • Use a variety of instructional strategies, including hands-on activities, interactive technology, and group discussions.
  • Assess and track student progress through observations, formal assessments, and feedback.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture where every student feels safe, valued, and supported.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and administration to meet the diverse needs of each student.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
  • Ensure compliance with state educational standards and school policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field.
  • Valid Florida teaching certification (or Statement of Eligibility).
  • Experience in early childhood education preferred, but new teachers with a passion for early learning are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for fostering a love of learning in young children.
