Job Summary

The Surveillance Observer is responsible for ensuring the integrity of our gaming operations by monitoring and recording all activity on the gaming floor. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surveillance and Monitoring: Conduct regular surveillance of the gaming floor, parking lot, and other areas to detect and prevent any suspicious activity.
  • Observation and Recording: Record all observations and incidents in writing, as required, to maintain a thorough and accurate record of events.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with company standards and gaming regulations.
  • Emergency Response: Assist in the coordination and resolution of emergency situations, as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication and collaboration with management and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience in a security-related field or gaming-related position.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and observational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications, as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent changes in shifts and schedules.
