Hospitality Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Attendant to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites DuBois. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Welcome and greet guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle check-ins and check-outs, and process guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Breakfast Service: Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, and assist with housekeeping and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Competitive Pay: Starting pay of $15.00 per hour.
