Position Overview:

We are looking for maintenance technicians to support our operations across various shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair production machinery.
  • Modify and fabricate equipment to align with production requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication of maintenance issues across shifts.
  • Maintain accountability for operational performance related to quality and production.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Identify and replace worn components as necessary.
  • Willingness to learn welding techniques (Tig, Stick, and Mig).
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
  • Strong practical skills in troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing is advantageous.
