About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Infusion team. As a Home Infusion RN, you will be responsible for providing immune globulin infusion therapies to patients in their homes, working closely with our patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
- Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients in the comfort of their own home.
- Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills in order to interact with the patient, physician, pharmacist, and other partners.
- Challenge your clinical nursing (RN) skills by receiving continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion.
- Registered Nurse with current license in Ohio and the ability to be licensed in other states. Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas.
- Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus.
- Have and maintain current CPR certification.
- Possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance (Liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL and no business exclusion clause).
- Three years' nursing experience.
- One year infusion experience.
- Home healthcare experience.
- CRNI or IgCN certification preferred, not required.
