Overview:

Our operating room is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that serves a high volume of patients annually through a range of specialties. We offer a variety of surgical services, including general surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, urology, ENT, cardiovascular, thoracic, and neurosurgery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Preoperative Nursing Assessments: Conduct thorough preoperative assessments to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
  • Surgical Site Exposure: Assist in preparing the surgical site, including handling and/or cutting tissue, providing hemostasis, and suturing.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years of experience in an operating room setting.
  • Education: Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
  • License: Current RN license in our state.
  • Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certification.
