Project Planning Analyst

Join Visionaire Partners, a global Fortune 50 Company, in a long-term contract opportunity with strong potential to extend or convert to perm. As a Project Planning Analyst, you will work on multiple projects in the planning phase, executing retail store merchandise resets/remodels, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and collect information from field store partners for project creation
  • Audit project readiness in internal systems
  • Work as a liaison between the field and cross-functional partners to meet all toll gates
  • Analyze Excel data and format it for tracking orders
  • Place labor, outbound, and direct to store orders
  • Assist field partners with scheduling and managing one-off issues
  • Manage post-reset implementations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-6 years of experience in Project Management, Coordination, or Analysis (non-IT projects)
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS, SUMIFs, and Pivot Tables
  • Ability to tell a story with data
  • Experience coordinating a project from start to finish
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Experience interacting with external vendors or partners
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and excellent communication skills
