Overview


At Ebenezer, we provide a comprehensive compensation package along with competitive wages ranging from $29 to $38 per hour for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

All salary determinations will consider relevant experience.

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver personal care aimed at enhancing and maintaining the physical and emotional well-being of our senior residents in our vibrant Assisted Living community.
Nursing Schedule:

• 48 hours over a two-week period

• Day shift: 9am-5:30pm

• Rotation includes every other weekend and holiday

Aurora on France is a modern senior living community, conveniently located near major transportation routes and public transit. Our facility features 136 units that provide a full spectrum of care, including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care, and Assisted Living/Memory Care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor personal care services to ensure alignment with individual Care Plans

• Coordinate medication administration and perform treatments as per physician directives and facility protocols

• Assess care plans and resident objectives, making adjustments as necessary

• Document incidents, changes in status, and care provided

Qualifications:

Required:
• Current MN LPN license or licensure by start date

• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3-week grace period for BLS)

Preferred:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems

• Previous experience in a patient support role as an LPN or RN

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare providers

• Sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
