* Handle or process light paperwork
* Perform cash-in procedures and account for all forms of money and supplies
* Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
* Adhere to quality standards, formulas, and procedures
* Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards
* Complete University of Subway courses as directed

**Requirements:**

* Some high school or equivalent education
* Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
* Ability to work any area of the restaurant when needed
* Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
