Job Overview

We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator who is dedicated to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide preschool-aged children through activities that encourage cognitive and creative development.
  • Establish a safe and enjoyable learning atmosphere.
  • Design schedules and routines that incorporate physical activity, rest, and play.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both students and their families.
  • Provide regular updates to parents regarding their child's development and achievements.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Strong ability to connect with children.
  • Exhibit a positive and patient attitude.
  • Prior experience in childcare, education, or related fields is advantageous.

Completion of background screening and 45-Hours DCF Training is required.

A Staff Credential or CDA is mandatory.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year in childcare
Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday - Daytime hours only
Includes paid time off and holidays.

Compensation: Based on qualifications.
