Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our collision repair department at D-Patrick Lebanon Ford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the body shop, ensuring high-quality repairs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate the body repair and painting of vehicles
  • Inspect and estimate vehicles to determine the need for and cost of repairs
  • Direct and schedule the activities of all body shop employees
  • Prepare final billing for completed repairs
  • Work with insurance adjusters/companies on estimates and agreement of repairs
  • Order parts and shop supplies
  • Ensure quality of repairs to customer vehicles and handle customer complaints
  • Prepare and monitor payroll records
  • Forecast goals and objectives and strive to meet them
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations
  • Required to stay up to date on all I-CAR, ASE, and manufacturer training

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise 5 to 20 employees in the department
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws

Requirements:
