Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments using a variety of standardized and observational methods to evaluate patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
3. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with departmental standards.
4. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding speech and language development.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
6. Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain licensure and certification requirements.

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license from the appropriate regulatory body.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- CPR certification for healthcare professionals.
