Job Title: Composite Fabrication Specialist

Job Summary:
Griffon Aerospace, a leading manufacturer of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and composite components, is seeking a skilled Composite Fabrication Specialist to produce high-quality parts and assemblies using advanced composite materials. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Flight Test, to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Produce composite parts and assemblies using prepreg layup, laser projection, debulking, bagging, curing, and trimming processes
* Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement new composite fabrication techniques
* Work with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality products

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently and work standing for extended periods
* Strong understanding of composite materials and fabrication processes
* Proficiency in using hand tools and measurement devices

Work Environment:

* Griffon Aerospace, Madison, AL
