Key Responsibilities

The Senior IT Business Analyst will be responsible for:
  1. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of PHC systems from a technical and user perspective.
  2. Providing organizational and technical support for the analysis, design, configuration, and documentation of PHC's computer systems.
  3. Collaborating with technical leads and business users to resolve complex systems issues.
  4. Working with business users to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
  5. Providing coaching and guidance to IT Business Analysts.


Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Special training in analysis and project management.
  • At least five years' experience working as a business analyst.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
