About Us: At Ladies & Gentlemen Hair Stylists, we are dedicated to providing exceptional education and training in the field of esthetics. We are seeking a qualified Esthetics Educator to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our students.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum that meets current state standards in Ohio
  • Ensure safe and sanitary practices are maintained by students and instructors
  • Maintain accurate academic records and provide ongoing evaluation of student performance
  • Monitor student attendance and communicate with school council as needed
  • Develop and administer theoretical and practical exams
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
  • Ongoing curriculum evaluation and improvement

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Esthiology School Graduate or equivalent
  • Current Ohio Managing Esthiology License

Desired Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an Aveda Institute
  • Previous Experience as an Educator in an Esthetics School
  • Previous Retail Experience at an Aveda Salon or Aveda Experience Center
  • Previous Training or Teaching Experience in the Beauty Industry
