Position Overview: Tact Staff is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN specializing in the Emergency Department (ED) for an exciting opportunity.

Role Summary: The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care by utilizing the nursing process effectively. This role involves collaborating with healthcare team members to uphold professional nursing standards and hospital policies. The nurse will coordinate and delegate tasks to promote patient and family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the physical, emotional, and educational needs of patients.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to individual patient and family requirements.
  • Make timely interventions based on specific patient needs.
  • Evaluate patient responses to nursing actions.
  • Maintain accountability for the quality of patient care and overall patient satisfaction.

Submission Criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Emergency Room is required.
  • Certifications: TNCC or ENPC are mandatory.
  • Active Michigan nursing license verification is essential.
  • A skills checklist completed within the last year for RN specialties is required.

Certification Requirements:

  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)
  • ENPC
  • TNCC
