Job Summary:

As a Dish Attendant at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You will also be responsible for operating the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly. Additionally, you will assist the cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed. Your focus will be on supporting your team and guests, ensuring that every decision made has their needs in mind. You will also follow all cleanliness and safety protocols to ensure a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
Operating the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
Assisting the cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
Focusing on supporting your team and guests
Following all cleanliness and safety protocols

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
