Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and establishing financial workbooks and reports in Deltek and Power BI to track and monitor program financial performance. You'll analyze financial and expense comparisons, prepare reports of findings and recommendations to program management, and provide analysis on business development and monitor business performance by region or group.

Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Invoicing
  • Estimate At Completion (EAC) updates
  • Generating labor/cost reports
  • Tracking Accounts Receivable
  • Evaluating Risks/Opportunities to outlooks
  • Providing business development analysis
  • Monitoring program finance performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master's degree
  • Prior relevant experience with program finance
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Works well with team
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative

Compensation

In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
