ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Duties:

  • Install HVAC systems in various settings, including retrofits, renovations, and new constructions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Engage in a variety of projects, including the installation of new systems in homes and light commercial buildings.

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical installation tasks

YOUR TYPICAL WORK SCHEDULE AS AN HVAC SYSTEM INSTALLER

  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
  • On-call rotation typically twice a month, depending on seasonal demands
  • No regular Saturday installations
  • Consistent workflow with opportunities for overtime
