Deka Lash is a rapidly growing beauty industry leader, seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team at our locations in Massachusetts. We welcome experienced lash artists or licensed estheticians/cosmetologists interested in lash training to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking a skilled Lash Technician to join our team. As a Lash Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing lash extensions, lash lifting, and brow services, and maintaining a clean and sanitary studio environment.

• Perform lash extensions, lash lifting, and brow services to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a fun, friendly, and comfortable experience for clients.
• Manage client relationships, including checking clients in and out, and building client loyalty.
• Participate in self-marketing and promotion efforts to attract new clients and grow the business.
• Sell memberships, products, and services to clients.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary studio environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

• Current Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the State of Massachusetts.
• Prior lashing experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate with the right character, work experience, passion, and commitment.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed.
• Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and participate in additional training.
• Positive, proactive, and a team player.
• 2+ years of salon or studio experience, with client service industry experience an additional plus.
