Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and develop comprehensive, evidence-informed occupational therapy plans of care.
  • Work closely with patients to instill resilience and promote lifestyle changes that prevent further injury.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, referral sources, and fellow team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve work relationships, build morale, and maintain an outstanding company culture.
Requirements:
  • A passion for wellness and occupational therapy, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high degree of detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks systematically.
  • Strong computer skills for timely completion of documentation and billing submission.
  • The ability to sit, stand, kneel, lift, and move throughout the clinic for the entire assigned shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification.
  • Experience with Functional Capacity Evaluations.
Compensation:

$47.00 per hour.
