ResponsibilitiesUnder the general direction of the physician, you will assist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data, as related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the cardiovascular lab. You will ensure the procedure room is adequately prepared for the procedure, monitor the par level of all instruments and supplies, and participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
You will also assist in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures, including monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data, and participating in the training of new staff.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have an ARRT-R and license as required by State or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification. Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab is preferred, as well as cardiovascular technologist training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring.
You will also need to have BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain current, as well as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire. Proficient computer skills are also required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $45.00 to $60.00, and the exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering a wide range of factors, including skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
