  • Represent clients in legal proceedings and interviews.
  • Provide compassionate and effective legal counsel to clients.
  • Handling strategy, review, and oversight of cases.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a demanding caseload and meet billable hour requirements (1600 hours/year).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to our clients.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary: $110,000 - $125,000 (DOE).
  • 401K with a 4% company match.
  • Work-from-home allowance: $1,200 annually.
