Job Description

The WFA Staffing Group is seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining effective relationships with our marketing team and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales coaching, team development, and inventory management, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. We estimate the salary for this position to be around $130,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
