Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize interventions
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Active OR State Registered Nurse License
- Valid BLS, NRP, and at least 2 years of Level 4 NICU experience
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Additional certifications may be required
