Job Summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Schematics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our non-perishable schematics, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities to maintain schematic integrity
  • Coordinate with store managers, assistant store managers, and department managers to ensure schematic compliance
  • Support an active selling culture and positive customer experience by ensuring categories are set according to schematics
  • Work with scan coordinators and department managers to ensure new items are correctly placed and available for purchase
  • Complete weekly reset/STS activities as directed by the support office
  • Ensure schematics are executed in a manner consistent with internal policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total reset program and maintain necessary reports and schedules
  • Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
  • Good vision to read schematics and price tags; ability to staple, scan, and use a computer to activate new schematics
  • Ability to vertically/horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs. and walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours
