Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in promoting a hygienic environment and healthy lifestyle for clients.
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services, including adult day services, contracted case management, community supports, and residential care.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly base rate: $27.00-$34.58.
- Retention bonus: $1500 for full-time or $750 for part-time employees, paid out over one year.
