Qualifications and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various agricultural machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.
  • Replace worn or damaged components, including bearings, gears, and seals.
  • Utilize computer diagnostic tools for tractor repairs.
  • Employ torch and welding equipment for cutting, brazing, and welding tasks as necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and comply with environmental regulations.
  • Maintain precise records of all repairs and maintenance activities for service reports and warranty purposes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

In this role, employees frequently work near moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Compensation

Wage Range: $20.00 to $32.00

Compensation is commensurate with knowledge, skills, and the ability to perform job responsibilities.
