The selected candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with varying acuity levels. This includes evaluating patients, setting physical therapy goals, devising treatment plans, and managing resources needed to perform treatment plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completes PT documentation in the medical record per department guidelines and completes department records for billing and statistics
  • Evaluates patients, sets physical therapy goals, devises a PT treatment plan, and manages resources needed to perform treatment plan
  • Manages PT caseload with efficiency and efficacy

Salary and Benefits
