Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Principal Service Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for decommissioning tools in Semiconductor FAB facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chamber Wet Cleans
  • Removal of chamber kits & fore lines
  • Pump purging of gas lines
  • Flush drain and blowout residual liquids
  • Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines
  • Complete tool shutdown
  • Power off all the system and related subcomponents
  • Follow all LOTO and customer procedures
  • Daily pre-task planning with customer
  • Document all decon activities (2D - Decon checklist)
  • Reporting status of the Decon project
Requirements:
  • Must know Decon/Install/Deinstall on 300mm OEM equipment
  • Minimum of 5 + years / OEM direct experience on one or more of the following:
    • Wet Etch: TEL CELLESTA, DNS SU3800 & SU3000
    • Metals: LAM Vector, AMAT Endura 5500
    • Dry Etch: TEL SCCM & BX PLATFORM, LAM 2300
    • CMP: AMAT REFLEXION DESI & RD, ASM Eagle, ASM XP8, EPI Tools (300mm)
Physical Effort/Activities:

May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able be on feet for 8-10 hrs. at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift to 50 pounds.
