Job Summary: Provider Network Development Specialist

Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000 per year

L.A. Care Health Plan is a leading health plan in California, serving over 2 million members. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Provider Network Development Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and soliciting qualified healthcare providers to participate in our network. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for expanding our network and improving network adequacy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with healthcare providers.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing network performance metrics, conducting regular audits, and providing recommendations for improvement.

A successful Provider Network Development Specialist will possess a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures. You will also have experience with contract development, negotiation, and implementation.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
