Clinical Gastroenterology Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Gastroenterology Nurse Specialist to join our team at Allied Digestive Health, one of the largest integrated networks of gastroenterology care centers in the nation.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care by administering medications, supervising recovery processes, and assisting in patient assessments. This is a per diem opportunity, working within a dynamic team setting where personalized treatment plans are prioritized.

We have over 200 providers and 60 locations throughout New Jersey and New York, providing extensive opportunities for growth and development.
All of our board-certified doctors specialize in gastroenterology and hepatology, with several serving as chief of gastroenterology at nearby hospitals and recognized as top-quality physicians in reputable publications.
Responsibilities- Reconstitute and administer IV medications, including biologic medications, and place/remove IVs as needed.
- Supervise the post-endoscopy recovery room, monitor inventory of controlled substance medications used by anesthesiologists.
- Assist medical assistants in patient assessments.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of NY.
- BCLS/ACLS certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a registered nurse.
This per diem position comes with a competitive estimated salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic healthcare environment.
