Job Summary:

The Registered Behavior Technician will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Assist BCBA in conducting behavioral and skills assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with BCBA to revise treatment plans as needed
  • Provide daily living care needs for patients during services
  • Perform evidenced-based social skills, behavioral, and other related ABA services
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families and caregivers
Requirements:
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain RBT certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
