**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitorial Assistant at Cardinal Glass Industries. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring the upkeep of our facilities, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Operate and maintain floor sweepers and other cleaning equipment.
  • Clean and paint guard rails, as well as other high-traffic areas.
  • Remove trash and recyclables from the premises.
  • Conduct daily cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
