Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and families to implement follow-through programs
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Adhere to regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
