About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Store Greeter, where you'll play a critical role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for our customers. As a Store Greeter, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing a professional presence at the front entryways to deter theft and create a positive customer experience
• Engaging with customers entering and exiting the store to prevent theft and ensure customer satisfaction
• Responding to alerts and alarms to recover unpaid merchandise and resolve safety concerns
• Documenting and communicating theft, safety, and alarm activity incidents

What We're Looking For:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service or asset protection experience
• Clear and professional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to actively move throughout the work area for long periods of time
• Ability to respond to alerts quickly and urgently
• Ability to learn and interact with new and existing technology solutions
• Ability to use technology to document and communicate incidents
• Ability to learn and apply negotiation and de-escalation techniques
• Ability to maintain knowledge of product locations to direct customers
• Ability to work successfully with conflict

Physical Requirements:

• Limited sitting
• Frequent standing, walking, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling
• Limited travel or overnight
• Normal or corrected vision and hearing
• Understand, speak, read, and write fluent English
• Lift 0-25 lbs. regularly
• Use of fine motor hand functions
• Occasional high levels of physical exertion
• Able to quickly exit from an escalating situation

• Occasionally exposed to varying degrees of hot and cold environments
