Payroll Specialist

LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate wage payments, as well as maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations.

• Develop and implement processes to ensure timely collection of payroll information
• Audit and maintain personal, employment, payroll, and time & attendance databases
• Process multi-jurisdiction, multi-cycle payrolls and facilitate payroll/benefits funding
• Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and legal standards
• Handle employee inquiries and correct payments
• Analyze and report expense analytics to management
• Prepare tax documents and process amendments as necessary
• Supply payroll records for internal/external stakeholders as needed

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent, relevant experience
• 3 to 6+ years of corporate payroll processing or related experience
