Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor / Overnight Guest Experience member. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Balance the accounts from day shift to ensure financial accuracy
• Manage front desk activity and handle guest check-ins and check-outs with a smile
• Ensure that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments
• Answer calls and queries related to potential booking in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements
• 1 year of experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
• Experience with hotel reservations software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
