Job Title: Assistant Behavioral Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Behavioral Analyst at Northpointe Behavioral Healthcare System. As a key member of our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) department, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and monitoring ABA interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement ABA plans, working closely with paraprofessionals to ensure effective treatment delivery.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral treatment data, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Train parents, caregivers, and paraprofessionals in the implementation of ABA plans.
  • Consult with clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination of clinical cases.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records, preparing reports in accordance with agency policy.

Requirements:

  • BCaBA Certification
  • Meet MDHHS qualification as a Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP)
  • Meet qualifications set in Michigan Medicaid Provider Manual
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must hold a valid driver's license

Salary: $40,447.44 to $56,065.54 annually
