As a Clinical Therapist I, you will be part of a multidisciplinary treatment team that provides psychological, social, and medical interventions to support patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Therapist I, you will work with patients and families to develop and implement treatment plans that address behavioral, medical, and wellness needs. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing psychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Providing crisis intervention and support
  • Working with patients and families to develop coping skills and strategies
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Master's degree in Counseling, or related field. You will also need to have 0-3 years of work experience in Social Work or related fields. Additionally, you will need to be able to work under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with approved clinical supervision or ACS credential.

Certifications and Training

You will be required to obtain Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI) certification, or complete the training during new hire orientation. You will also need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
