Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting them with purchasing decisions.
  • Operate front-end equipment, including cash registers and mobile retail applications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including zoning the area and arranging merchandise.
  • Process member purchases, assist with payments, and resolve member issues and concerns.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably in retail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move frequently throughout the store.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
