Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Specialist to join our team in Orange County. As a Critical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art facilities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in our intensive care unit (ICU)

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in the ICU

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

• Maximum $210.00 per hour for day shifts

• Maximum $240.00 per hour for nights/weekends
