Job Summary:
As a Senior Food Service Worker Dietary at CHRISTUS Health, you will be responsible for performing routine duties related to serving food and beverages, clearing dishes, and cleaning. You may operate a dishwasher or assist with washing dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots, and pans. Additionally, you will collect and dispose of garbage left at tables and assist with stocking food inventory and light cooking. You will maintain consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies, including appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability. You will also be responsible for leading team pre-service meetings and daily operations, monitoring Joint Commission and local, state, and federal food safety standards, and ensuring staff adherence to regulatory compliance standards. You will also monitor staff activities and report violations of department and policies to the area manager.

Requirements:
High School Diploma preferred. FHP License in the state of employment is required. Work type: Full Time.
